Basque Cheesecake (Burnt Basque) A deeply caramelized top with a soft, custardy center — this is cheesecake in its most indulgent form. Made with cream cheese and Greek jogurt, pasture-raised eggs, and heavy cream, this small-batch Basque cheesecake is baked at high heat to create its signature dark top and ultra-creamy interior. Finished with a silky white chocolate glaze, topped with crushed pistachios and freeze-dried raspberries for a beautiful sweet, nutty, and slightly tart contrast.
