Yes! Everything I make is 100% gluten-free, and my kitchen is a dedicated gluten-free space. There is no chance of cross-contamination, so it’s completely safe for anyone with celiac disease.
Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
I try to have an equal amount of vegan options as non-vegan options at each market. In my pre-order section, items are clearly marked in the description if they are vegan or dairy-free.
Can I pre-order for market pickup?
Absolutely! You can pre-order online and pick up at one of my scheduled farmers’ markets. Pickup dates and locations are listed at checkout, or you can see all market dates on the main page.
Do you ship or can I pick-up from your home?
All orders are market pickup only. I do not ship, deliver, or accommodate home pick-ups. So pre-ordering ensures your items are ready for you at the market.
How to store items and how long will they last?
Freshness is key! Most baked goods are best enjoyed within a few days of market pickup. Since everything is gluten-free, items tend to dry out faster. I highly recommend freezing anything you won’t eat right away—bread, cookies, squares, and more are all freezer-friendly. Just pop them in the freezer and take out as you’re ready to enjoy!
Can I request custom orders or alternate ingredients?
I accept custom requests or ingredient swaps (like making a dairy item vegan) only upon request. Please do not include these in the order notes. During market season, time constraints may not allow custom orders, but it’s always worth sending me a quick email to check.
What about other common allergens?
Common allergens are always noted on the product label or in the product description. While my kitchen is 100% gluten-free, it is not completely allergen-free, as I work with and use a variety of common allergens in some recipes (dairy, nuts, soy, etc.)
Cross-contamination is always possible because these ingredients are used in the same pans, equipment, and space. But, I always do my best to disinfect, double-clean and polish all my baking equipment to ensure no residual oils remain from previous batches.
