Went to the Market at Potters yesterday for the second time. Being Celiac and not a baker it is such a pleasure to find someone who makes fresh, homemade gf goodies. I love the danishes and have a lot in the freezer now along with cheese biscuits and focaccia. Today it was a loaf of chickpea bread, cinnamon buns and more danishes. Everything freezes up well and there’s nothing I haven’t enjoyed. Thank you and see you again.

I love WCGF. I found you last year what a blessing. Everything has been great. The loaves are so amazing. I’d say that pistachio cranberries is my favourite lemon is another one banana bread they’re all good so far. I haven’t tried the carrot which I’m gonna do next time. She’s always smiling and always happy and friendly and I just can’t wait to see where her business goes from here. Thanks for all you do.

I discovered this little gem at a local craft market! I bought a little bit of everything and it was so amazing! Being able to find delicious gluten-free items that actually taste amazing actually brought it here to my eye! The first bite I had of the focaccia bread has made me a customer for life! Banana bread is amazing, the cinnamon focaccia is also equally amazing! This last order, I tried the cheddar biscuits and they did not disappoint! If you have been tired, just seeing the act or just have really bad gluten sensitivity this is your answer!

West Coast Gluten Free has a great selection of very good gluten free bread and focaccia. I’ve used the focaccia to make stuffing at Christmas and it was excellent. I have been gluten free for about 20 years now and this bread is one of the best I’ve had.

I purchased some yummy focaccia, lemon loaf and cinnamon buns. Focaccia was to die for, lemon loaf was tasty, cinnamon buns tasted good, but were very burnt on the bottom. I ate the top half’s and they were delicious.

First time I have tried this baking. As a celiac it was such a pleasure to enjoy gf focaccia, cheese biscuits and my favourite the danishes. Will definitely order again. Thank you.

West coast gluten free makes amazing gluten free treats that are just like their regular counterpart. Seasonal delights are awesome. Big fan of her cranberry bliss bars, peppermint Nanaimo bars, pecan bars and focaccia. A must try for any celiacs or anyone gluten free. Dairy free and vegan options are also available.

Bought a box of Christmas cookies and squares...all were delicious!

Super happy with the variety box I ordered for a friend. I mentioned that she is also dairy sensitive, and the baker was able to accommodate by adding dairy free items to the box. Also very accommodating with the delivery of the baked goods. Amazing treats and great customer service! Will definitely be ordering again:)

We ordered a cinnamon swirl focaccia and a pistachios loaf, both of them are super yummy! This is my first time to try, will definitely come back. So happy we have such a great gluten-free bakery in our neighborhood.

We were delighted to find WCGF at a local market. It is so superior to any other gluten free bakeshop that one of us will drive for an hour to pick up goods to stock our freezer, and we mark the dates for any of her markets closer to our area. It's hard to even pick a favorite from her amazing offerings, but the focaccia and loaves are a need!

Really yummy gf bread and focaccia. Looking forward to making great stuffing with the focaccia with a recipe provided. When she missed a couple of things on my order she dropped it by my house which I really appreciated.

The cinnamon focaccia bread is way too good, like the middle of a cinnamon bun and it is unfortunate that West Coast GF is very close to me because I would like to order it all the time.

These are hands-down the best gluten-free baked goods. Her pecan bar is my absolute favourite, but honestly everything I’ve tried (and my husband, who’s not gluten-free, agrees) is incredible. You’d never even know they’re gluten-free, and many are vegan and dairy-free too. Couldn’t recommend them more!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have purchased so many items before from local markets and each has been incredible. This time I made a custom cupcake order for my husbands birthday. The kicker…I had guests who know I am celiac freak out because they did not know it was gluten free and could not tell the difference. Christina was lovely to work with and even got little cupcake toppers too. Highly recommend!!!

Everything we’ve tried from West Coast Gluten Free has been outstanding! The focaccia bread, danishes, lemon loaf, banana bread were all moist, delicious, and reminiscent of gluten full days. It’s so nice to enjoy treats that are hard to find and labour intensive to make on your own. We’ll definitely be back!

I came across Christena’s page from reference on a Facebook post for gluten free bread. My grandma has been celiac for years and didn’t find a bread that she liked till she tried Christena’s bread. She also loved the strawberry cream cookie and waits every weekend for her goodies now. Can’t recommend her enough!

Very accommodating with size options of 5 batches. Great selection from classic to specialty and creative flavours. Packed nicely with thorough ingredients list and allergy/dietary info. While neither vegan nor GF myself, the cookies' quality and taste were superior than non-vegan/non-GF bake shops. Exactly what we've needed in the lower mainland. Will be returning!

Got the keto holiday treat box for myself and I loved it! Flavors were great. Didn't taste like the fake sugar at all. My husband couldn't even tell the difference and I caught him sneaking some treats lol. My favorite were the mint nanaimo bars. I usually think they are too sweet normally but these were perfect

The package of Christmas cookies were definitely a crowd pleaser! The cookies were all gone in minutes and the pumpkin pie didn't even get a second look when these came out. Everything was delicious

I have been following Christena on her Nuez Loca page when she was based in Saskatoon and was delighted she’d moved to the Greater Vancouver area. I finally had the chance to order some baked goods from her and they are absolutely amazing! I’ve had some of the goodies from local Vancouver GF bakeries and high tea places and I have to say, her desserts are the best! The textures are perfect, no crumbly and dry items. The sweetness is on point too, not too sweet or too bland. Other GF bakeries are so cloyingly sweet that I couldn’t finish them but with Christena’s, I really had to control myself 😂. Her flavours are decadent as well! I ordered her mixed bag of NY style cookies, take and bake cinnamon buns (I haven’t tried yet but will review when I do), and her 15 piece sampler where every single item was delicious. She is based in White Rock but plans to do a pick up in Vancouver (where I picked up from) monthly. I highly recommend you try her treats, she has a lot more on her page but I can only eat so many, or rather I “should” only eat so many at a time!

Discovered this amazing gluten free bakery on FB. Christena was a delight to work with. Paid attention to details and provided excellent customer service. The bonus is that she is lodcated right here in White Rock and delivered my order right to my home. Thank you Christena will definitely order again.

Christena @ Nuez Loca makes the most amazing Gluten Free baking! I have Celiac Disease and am very sensitive to all cross contamination, and I have never gotten sick from Nuez Loca! Everything I’ve tried has been so delicious (flavours and textures). I truly can’t even tell it’s gluten free. I’m so delighted & grateful! (I haven’t had a cinnamon bun in years - what an amazing treat to have one!) :)

Having kids with multiple (and of course different from each other!) food intolerances, I’ve tried many different bakers, brands and recipes over the years. There is nothing that compares to Christena’s work. Not only is every item absolutely delicious, it does not make my children feel sick. I trust her and know she puts her heart and soul into everything she makes. She truly cares about the ones that can’t eat “regular” sweets by using the highest quality ingredients. We will miss her in Saskatoon!!

We have been able to order two amazing vegan cakes for my daughter from Nuez Loca, so delicious! Everyone is always shocked it is vegan! Christena is great to work with and is always very accommodating and responsive. Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing gluten free and keto based treats and the best macarons in the city! Highly recommend for special occasions, or for the school lunch treats.
