I bought a few loaves of Sourdough bread and also a Pain Au Levain , got a small loaf to pass to someone who would like to try it , my Mother, well we were impressed by the quality of the bread , the ease of pickup . Now time to try the Fig and Black Olive , yumm !! Keep Baking !!

So far I’ve tried the classic sourdough, the pain au levain, and the baguettes and they have all been fantastic! I love that I can easily pick it up off the porch any time after 10am the day I selected. It’s been fantastic as garlic bread or just using it as a vessel to eat dip. I’m excited to work my way through the menu and recommend everyone to try their breads.

So much flavor! Sweet.. Spicy.. the pictures don’t do it justice. Crisp yet fluffy, it calls my name every time I’m in the kitchen. A little slice here, a pulled off chunk there, this loaf will likely disappear by the end of the day!
