Yes. The Daily Knead 716 is considered a cottage home bakery. The Daily Knead operates under NewYork States cottage food laws, meaning our bread is made in a home kitchen but meets specific health standards for sale, often requiring a visible notice about home prep.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
No. Currently we do not. We recognize the increasing need of dietary restrictions among consumers and are always carefully researching ways to address in the future.
How should I store my bread?
For best freshness, store in a cool, dry place; for longer storage, slice and freeze.
How long does the bread stay fresh?
Due to the fact that we use all natural ingredients that do not make the product shelf stable compared to consumer grocery stores, our bread is best enjoyed within 2-3 days but freezing allows for longer enjoyment.
