Pies & Surprise LLC is a St. Louis dessert company specializing in Signature Squares, full pans, curated collection boxes, custom cakes, catering, wholesale orders, and the Pies & Surprise Experience. Is there an order minimum? Yes. The minimum order is $30. How far in advance should I place my order? Most orders require at least one week of notice. Custom cakes, catering, wholesale orders, large quantities, and the Pies & Surprise Experience may require additional time. Do you accept rush orders? Rush orders requested with 2 days’ notice or less are accepted only when the schedule allows. A priority fee starting at $30 will be added. The final fee depends on the order size, design, supplies needed, and turnaround time. How does pickup work? Every order receives a scheduled pickup window. Please arrive during the agreed time. Any changes to your pickup time must be requested and approved in advance. Do you offer delivery? Yes. Delivery is $15 for the first 5 miles, then $1 for each additional mile. Additional charges may apply for large orders, setup, difficult access, stairs, parking fees, or timed delivery. Is a deposit required? Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice. What payment methods do you accept? Payments may be made by card, Cash App, Zelle, or cash when approved. Payment instructions will be included with your invoice. Can I make changes to my order? Changes must be requested as soon as possible and are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for changes involving the size, flavor, design, quantity, date, delivery, or supplies. What is the cancellation policy? Deposits are nonrefundable because they secure your date and allow supplies and ingredients to be purchased. With at least 48 hours of notice, Pies & Surprise may allow one new date or issue store credit, depending on the work completed and supplies already purchased. Orders canceled within 48 hours may forfeit all payments. Do you accommodate food allergies? Products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and other allergens. Please disclose all allergies when submitting your order. We take reasonable care, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. When is my order officially confirmed? Your order is confirmed only after your details are approved, your invoice is sent, and the required deposit is paid. An inquiry or unfinished order request does not reserve your date.

Elegant Cake Ordering Policy Pies & Surprise specializes in upscale, elegant cakes with clean finishes and intentional details. Friday Dessert Drop Elegant Cakes are 6-inch, two-layer cakes starting at $75. Customers select their cake flavor, buttercream, color palette, and short inscription. The final design is created in the signature Pies & Surprise elegant style. The $75 starting price does not include character cakes, photo cakes, sculpted cakes, heavily themed designs, or elaborate custom decorations. Specialty details, additional servings, upgraded designs, and requests outside the Friday Dessert Drop collection may require a custom quote. Submitting an order request does not reserve your date.
