Vendor Budget
Pies & Surprise prioritizes complimentary vendor spaces and vendor opportunities with fees of $50 or less.
Opportunities with vendor fees above $50 may still be considered at our discretion based on expected attendance, location, audience, event history, sales potential, marketing exposure, and overall fit for the brand.
Please include:
• Event name
• Date and time
• Location
• Expected attendance
• Vendor fee
• What is provided to vendors
• Event website or social media page, if available
• Organizer name and contact information
Submitting an invitation does not guarantee participation. Each opportunity is reviewed individually.
