This loaf is similar to our classic white artisan bread and that it is made up of flower, water and salt with two additional ingredients, butter and honey. The butter creates a softer crumb while the honey adds a hint of natural sweetness and preservation.

An egg wash is applied before baking and finished with melted unsalted butter.
