Welcome to Made by Jm LLC -“Where Time Is the Secret Ingredient.”
Every loaf, bagel, cinnamon roll, muffin, and cookie is handcrafted in small batches using long-fermented sourdough, premium European butter, homemade brown butter, and my own homemade vanilla extract, which is aged for seven months to develop its rich, complex flavor. Every recipe has been carefully perfected over years of baking.
My goal is simple: to bake the kind of products I’d be proud to serve to my own family. I use premium ingredients, traditional techniques, and never cut corners—because I believe exceptional baking begins with patience, quality, and a passion for sharing great food.
