This beautiful loaf has a rich, but not too sweet flavor. I use organic raw cacao, organic brown sugar, Cafe Bustelo espresso and chocolate chips in this delicious loaf. The espresso flavor is subtle, it complements the cacao perfectly. Please make note that this is a mini loaf, which is half the size of a normal loaf, but rest assured, a little goes a long way with this one.
