🥨 PRETZELS 🥨
Pretzels have a tendency to go the quickest, even if they are in air tight containers. If you are not going to consume your pretzels within 24-48 hours after purchase, it is recommended you freeze them. To reheat, simply wrap with a damp paper towel and pop in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
🍞 BREAD LOAVES 🍞
We often package our bread loafs in brown kraft bags, which are not air tight. Since we bake all of our bread the day of or before the sale, we recommend keeping all bread loaves in air tight containers such as a tall bread box with an airtight seal after purchase. This will ensure the bread stays fresh for up to 4 days.
To reheat your loaf, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Please note, you should really only do that once. If you’re not planning on eating the whole loaf for dinner, don’t reheat the whole thing at once. It will probably get stale if you try to reheat twice.
🥖 ROLLS 🥖
The same rules apply for any kind of rolls as they do for bread loafs. Our bread does not contain any kind of commercial preservatives so it does have the tendency to go bad faster than store bought bread. We recommend putting your rolls into an airtight container or even a ziplock bag and freezing them until you’re ready to eat them. To reheat, preheat the oven to 350 and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temp reads 190.
