Hey friends, my name is Stephanie! 👋 I’m a Florida native and mother of two 🧑‍🧒‍🧒. Professionally, I’m a cook and work in a kitchen. But at heart, I’m a hobby baker and recipe developer 📝 who enjoys creating fun and unique flavor combinations.

I have more cookie 🍪 flavors than anything else because my children are literal Tasmanian cookie monsters but, I do a little bit of everything. From sticky buns to a variety of seasoned jumbo pretzels 🥨, I promise there is something for everyone’s taste buds 👅.

Cake Care Instructions

🧊 Storage Cakes should be stored in the refrigerator (unless covered completed in fondant, or modeling chocolate) until they are ready to be consumed. Do not leave your cake covered with buttercream to sit out for longer than it has to. When butter gets to complete room temperature, it does not hold its shape. Also your cake will probably fall apart if it gets too humid. 🥵 Cake vs Heat High temperatures, buttercream and cake do not mix well together. Please make arrangements for the cake to be in a well shaded area while it is outside and for it to chill in a refrigerator until it is ready to be consumed. Cakes should be kept away from fire places, direct sources of heat and sunlight. Failure to follow this rule will likely result in your cake "melting" and falling apart. 🚗 Transport If you are transporting your own cake, make sure the box is on the flattest part of the floor in the backseat of your vehicle. Your car should be kept as cool as possible during transportation. Cakes that are damaged during transportation of the cake by the client (you), we cannot be held liable for. We offer delivery for this very reason. 🍽️ Cake Table Please make sure you are serving your cake from a sturdy table. Cakes are heavy and if you have a flimsy table while you are cutting your cake, it could topple over. If you are cutting your cake from a cake stand, make sure the stand itself is two inches wider around than the base of your cake for optimal serving space. 🔪 Cutting the Cake Please refer to the info graphic printed on your invoice for how to simply cut into your layered cake. When you assign somebody to cut your cake, make sure they haven't been taking advantage of the bar at your venue so they are able to follow the guide and ensure you get the servings out of your cake that you ordered. 🎂 Tools When cutting into tiered/layered cakes, we recommend you have the following tools nearby and handy: - a cutting board - sharp knife - warm water - damp towel - offset spatula (for removing the stacked tiers)

Terms Of Service

1. Availability/Lead Times To check our availability for your event date before requesting a quote, click "Availability" on our homepage and scroll to the date you are wanting to reserve. If the date is greyed out, that means we are booked for that particular day and likely won't be able to accommodate your request if it's large. If your date is greyed out, you are still welcome to submit a request and if we are able to accommodate, we will notify you via email. The Lead Time needed to complete your order will vary depending on what you have ordered. A Lead Time is basically the time we will need to complete your order from start to finish. This could include shopping for ingredients, to ordering special supplies, or any other tasks needed for your specific order. These times aren't exact and are subject to change: 1-2 Weeks - All bread loaves, dinner rolls/buns, soft baked pretzels, sticky buns/cinnamon rolls, jumbo cookies, custom cupcakes, dipped treats (chocolate covered strawberries, Rice Krispy treats, etc.), and decorated sugar cookies 2-3 Weeks - Custom decorations (gum paste roses, custom cake toppers) 4+ Weeks - Custom cakes (this time frame could vary depending on the style you are requesting. If it's a more simple design, it may not take four weeks. Please be as specific as possible when making your request.) 2. Colors/Designs There are many factors which determine replication of a design - the availability of supplies, skill set, health code regulations and the location of the event. We will make every effort to get to as close to the design as you provide. This goes for anything that can be customized (i.e. cake design, cookies, cupcake styles, etc.) 3. Deposits/Final Payment Balance We require a 50% deposit for all custom cakes. You will receive a quote based on the information you provide on your Quote Request and during your consultation(s). Your deposit total, including its due date, will be outlined in Section #2 of the Custom Cake Contract you will receive. Final Payment Balances on custom cakes must be made two (2) weeks prior to the due date of the cake. This date and the amount due will be clearly outlined in Section #2 of your Custom Cake Contract. Failure to make the final payment by the required date could result in your order being placed on hold or cancelled. If your order is cancelled for this reason, your deposit will not be refunded, per the terms outlined in Section #2 of your Custom Cake Contract. Anything other than custom cakes must be paid for in full within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your invoice link. 4. Cancellation Policy These terms apply only to products that are not custom cakes. Custom cakes will have their own Cancellation Policy outlined in their Custom Cake Contracts. For all other orders: If cancellation of your order is necessary, kindly give us at least seventy-two (72) hours advance notice to avoid any product waste. If your order has been paid for in full, please see the next section for details on our Refund Policy. 5. Refund Policy If the cancellation is up to one (1) month in advance of your event date, you will receive a full refund less the cost of any special materials already purchased for your order. If the cancellation is less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to your event, no refunds will be given. 6. Custom Fondant/Gum Paste Decorations Changes to design: depending on the complexity of your request, it can take anywhere from several hours to several days to complete a single decoration or piece of a custom topper. Once fondant and gum paste set or "harden", they cannot be reshaped into anything else. Please be sure when you are ordering your custom decorations that you are as specific as possible and provide an accurate detailed description of what you are wanting. Toppers or decorations that must be remade entirely due to client changes will be charged as a separate item. 7. Ingredients All baked goods/products that are produced in my kitchen (i.e. cookies, pies, treats, cakes, fillings, frostings, custom decorations) may contain or come into contact with known allergens including soy, wheat, dairy, peanuts and/or other tree nuts/legumes. All products are made on shared equipment. We do not have separate equipment for gluten, dairy, soy or peanut free products. We can offer these products, with the client understanding that their products will be made on equipment shared in the production of items containing those allergens. Per Florida Cottage Food Laws, an Ingredients Label will either be affixed to your products packaging or will be included on your invoice. It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any such allergies at the time the order is placed to ensure the proper steps are taken for food safety. Our company cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products. 9. Pickup I personally only recommend picking up smaller orders such as cookies, pies, treats, and/or cupcakes. Cakes, both single and multi-tier, should be transported with a different kind of care than the other products I offer. However, if you insist on picking it up yourself, please be aware that I will not be liable for any and all damages that may occur. Your balance must be paid in full before you can pick your order up. No exceptions. 10. Delivery Delivery within the first 5 miles of my location in West Melbourne is free of charge. Anything over 5 miles will be charged a fee depending on the delivery address provided. Once your order has been delivered and the change of hands has been made with the products arriving in pictured condition, it is then up to the client (you) to store and care for your products per my included instructions. If anything happens to your products after this exchange, I am not liable for any damages. A date and time are agreed upon beforehand by both parties. In the event the client is not at the discussed location at the agreed upon time, the clients' order will be transported back to my location, and it will be the responsibility of the client to collect the order. 11. Publication I reserve the right to use pictures and/or video of your finished product however I see fit via social media or print publication. 12. Custom Cake Request If you are requesting a specific custom cake, please be as detailed as possible and attach inspiration pics. We can always discuss finer details if you are wanting something more specific. 13. Shipping Shipping fees will vary depending on your location and weight of your order. All orders will come with either overnight or two day shipping, your choice. Most products should arrive still somewhat frozen so make sure you bring them to room temperature before enjoying!
