During the checkout process, you will be asked to “Select Your Texture”. What does this mean? Here are your options, explained: ➡️ True Sourdough - made using only flour, water, salt, sugar and very active sourdough starter. ➡️ Hybrid aka “Sourdough Discard” - made using sourdough discard and a small amount of commercial yeast, in addition to the other above mentioned ingredients. This is how I started making bagels, and what some of you are used to from me. ➡️ Yeast - made using commercial yeast and will contain no sourdough. ‼️ All bagel flavors listed may mention “sourdough” because that’s what the pictures will be but you will have the option to select which above texture you’d like.
