1. All sticky buns and cinnamon rolls can last up to 3 days at room temperature as long as they are in an airtight container. To reheat, pop in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Don’t microwave for too long otherwise they’ll be really tough.
2. Sticky buns last longer when kept in the refrigerator. If they’re kept in the appropriate container, they will last up to 7 days under refrigeration.
3. To freeze buns or rolls, make sure they are individually packaged or have parchment paper between each roll to prevent them from sticking. To reheat, preheat your oven to 350 and bake for 7-10 minutes. They will last approximately 3 months in the freezer if they are vacuum sealed.
