The Perfect Taste of Florida At Honey Bee Bakery, every shortbread cookie begins with simple, organic ingredients and is handcrafted in small batches to celebrate the bright flavors of Florida. Made with organic flour, organic butter, organic cane sugar, and fresh organic citrus, these buttery cookies are delicate, crisp, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Each cookie is infused with freshly grated organic citrus zest, then finished with a vibrant citrus glaze made from organic powdered sugar, freshly squeezed organic juice, and even more organic zest. A sprinkle of sparkling citrus sugar adds a touch of sweetness, a little sparkle, and an irresistible crunch. Choose from the sunshine-inspired flavors of Orange, Grapefruit, Lime, Lemon, Cranberry Orange, or my signature favorite, Orange Blossom Honey, made with fragrant Florida orange blossom honey for a uniquely sweet citrus experience. Whether you're sending a thoughtful gift, serving guests, or simply treating yourself, each box is carefully tied by hand and adorned with a dried citrus slice for a beautiful presentation that is almost as delightful as the cookies inside. Available Sizes Regular Cookies: ½ dozen (6 cookies) – $24 Mini Cookies: 12 bite-sized cookies – $24 Beautifully packaged and ready for gifting, these cookies capture the fresh, sunny flavors that make Florida so special—one buttery bite at a time.
