Upcoming Classes: Sunday, August 2nd 1:00-3:00pm Sunday, September 13th 1:00-3:00pm This 2 hour beginner class is the perfect place to start in your sourdough baking journey! As the first class in our Sourdough Essentials Course lineup, you’ll be introduced to a simple, yet thorough, step-by-step process of building and maintaining a strong sourdough starter, mixing a classic dough, proofing to perfection, and finally, baking an artisan boule. This is a hands-on class that will allow you to gain the knowledge to create an heirloom starter that you can pass down in your family for generations, and the confidence in baking a classic sourdough loaf at home on your own.
