As the first class in our Sourdough Essentials Course lineup, you’ll be introduced to a simple, yet thorough, step-by-step process of building and maintaining a strong sourdough starter, mixing a classic dough, proofing to perfection, and finally, baking an artisan boule. This is a hands-on class that will allow you to gain the knowledge to create an heirloom starter that you can pass down in your family for generations, and the confidence in baking a classic sourdough loaf at home on your own. Class Date: Sunday October 11th 1:00-3:00pm 3 spots remaining available- must register and pay to reserve spot Our Artisan Pasta-Making Class is not only fun but will forever make you want to only eat fresh, home-crafted pasta forever. Crafting Artisan Linguine is not only simple, using time-honored Italian ingredients and techniques, but it is also a skill that everyone can master! In this hands-on class, you will learn about the finest Italian flour for pasta, how to hand-combine ingredients, knead the dough to perfection, and roll out and cut the perfect linguine. You’ll take home a full batch of linguine, plus enjoy wine and tastings of our farm’s artisan linguine and cacciatore sauce. The class only tuition is $50, but you can add on our recommended Sur La Table pasta roller for only $50. You must request this in advance when you are filling out your registration. There is a limit of 8 attendees, so please register early for this fun, informative class!!
