Oh. My. Goodness. You have to check out this amazing bakery. The owner/baker is absolutely lovely and the baked items were incredible. Truly. I ordered Gluten Free Cinnamon Buns. The ultimate, rare treat, and really difficult to get right. They were better than I could have imagined. Certainly nothing like them locally. Her prices are competitive. I asked for a few tweaks which Rosella gave me no extra charge. Her passion for baking and customer service is quite evident. I had to hide the rest of the buns!

The sourdough is amazing. We purchased some for Christmas. And it was absolutely delicious. This is niw our go to bakery.

The Cinnamon Rolls were absolutely amazing and worth the price. Will definitely order them again. And the Banana Chocolate Chip bread so moist and full of flavor.

Today, I tried the gluten-free sandwich bread for the first time, and this is, without question, the most incredible gluten-free bread I have ever had. The first ingredient on the label is love—and after just one bite, you’ll understand why. Rosella is exceptionally talented and has absolutely earned a new loyal customer in me. I can’t wait to try all of her gluten-free offerings. And if this is what her gluten-free products taste like, I can only imagine how extraordinary her gluten products must be. Thank you for restoring my faith that gluten-free bread can truly taste like high-quality, artisan, bakery-fresh bread.

The chocolate walnut sourdough and dill pickle havarti were delicious. And the cinnamon rolls were as advertised delicious and huge.

Rosella baked the best fresh sourdough bread! Crisp crust and a light, airy, plump and naturally chewy loaf. It was good we bought two because the first one was immediately gone. Also, Rosella radiates calm and happiness which is probably why her bread is super good. I cannot wait to try her other baked goods. I will be purchasing regularly from Bakesy!

We ordered the Cranberry Pecan Sourdough Loaf. It is every bit as delicious as the picture promises! The loaves were still warm when we picked up. Fluffy, soft with a hint of sweetness from the cranberries. Will be ordering again. Can’t wait to try the other varieties! 10/10

They say you eat with your eyes first. The photos on Marketplace of the beautiful loaves of hand made sourdough convinced me I should try this amazing presentation. I ordered the Cranberry Pecan and Cheddar & Everything loaves. Without a doubt both are the best tasting breads I have ever tried! They are generously sprinkled with wholesome ingredients, in particular the Cranberry Pecan. This bread is a meal in itself and is beyond delicious!! If you love sourdough, this is the one to have! I was so fortunate to win a selection of baked goods freshly baked day of delivery. Rosella delivered to my house. Everything was amazing! Probably the best sour dough bread I have ever had. The banana bread was so tasty and moist. The cookies were huge and perfectly baked. So flavorful and soft. And cinnamon buns! Absolutely delicious. We tried Bake It Happen for the first time this weekend and we were really impressed! The cinnamon buns were huge and SO delicious!! We also tried their cookies. My husband said the red velvet were great with milk, my favourite were the chocolate coconut pecan. We also tried the sourdough bread which is very hearty and delicious. Looking forward to trying other goodies next time.

Rosella’s new gluten free sourdough bread is unspeakably good! It has the weight and taste of sourdough, with soft, springy texture that you don’t often find in gluten free bread. My celiac daughter was in heaven to taste real bread again!

Yesterday I received my first order for Sourdough Bread, 2 Banana breads (1 dairy free) and chocolate chip cookies. WELL… my husband has a sweet tooth and could hardly wait to test the goodies. The cookies were fantastic! I had to hide the balance of what he didn’t eat in the freezer. We tasted the Banana breads which were very tasty as well and not a lot of sugar! The sourdough bread was a success as well. My next order will be 2 breads as this one sourdough won’t last the week❤️ Thank you Rosella!

My celiac daughter could not believe that she was eating a gluten free carrot cake it was so good! The chocolate chip cookies were outstanding as well! Rosella is a fantastic!

Rosella has live just down the road from me for a while. I never ordered from her. My loss for sure. Just received two loaves of sourdough bread this morning. They were still warm when they came to the door. I was more than impressed. All I could think of is why I didn’t order this sooner. Fresh, delicious, Rosella is very responsive and caring. Not to mention the quality of the breads. All sorts of different options. Recommend trying all of them but especially the sourdough, cinnamon rolls and cookies. Cookies are to die for

This baking place has good baking goods. I have try some bread 🍞 freshly baked and previously frozen. In both cases was delicious, long lasting freshness and flavour. I have also enjoyed cookies they are not to sweet, good textures and all together great flavour.

I ordered spicy honey sourdough bread and gluten free chocolate chip cookies from Bake it Happen. The bread was the perfect denseness with a really nice flavour. We served it with oil & vinegar dip, everyone loved it. The gluten free cookies were delicious, big cookies, the best I have had. Payment and pick up was seamless. Will definitely order regularly.

I just found out that my neighbour not only makes her own sourdough bread, but she actually runs a small baking business—and now it all makes sense! The bread was great: crusty on the outside, soft and tangy on the inside, and full of that homemade goodness you just can’t fake. It’s the kind of bread that makes you want to keep coming back for more. I’m so impressed!
