Amazing sourdough bread, the perfect crumb! Loved the smoked Gouda and caramelized onion, amazing flavor. The cinnamon rolls were legit the best cinnamon rolls I ever had. Baked to perfection. I had many sourdough throughout Vegas and Wally makes the best products. Easy to pre-order and pick up!

I’ve been searching for someone who makes homemade sourdough for a long time, and then I found this page on Instagram. I thought, “Why not give them a try?” And I’m so glad I did—it’s delicious, the best I’ve had so far! I highly recommend them, 100,000,000 times over. The host is incredibly nice and friendly, and you can tell he loves what he does. Give him a try; you won’t regret it. Thank you to the host.

Wally’s Micro Bakery is the real deal. We have worked our way through several of his flavors — the classic plain, jalapeño cheddar, and a sweet fruit loaf — and every single one has been outstanding. The classic has that perfect sourdough tang. The jalapeño cheddar is dangerously good, And the fruit option is a lovely surprise — subtly sweet, beautifully balanced, and great toasted with butter in the morning. Highly recommend — don’t sleep on this one.

I love this bread! I am a huge sourdough snob and Wally’s is the best I have ever had. I had one and now I must have it all the time. I pre-order mine and they are hot and fresh. Love the variety of favors and this is my for sure go too!!!

After seeing Wally’s TikTok videos, I knew I had to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did! The menu offers fantastic variety, from fresh sourdough breads to delicious cinnamon rolls, all at really great prices. Wally was super responsive and flexible, working around my schedule for pickup. Everything arrived beautifully presented, warm, and fresh. The quality truly lived up to the videos. This is a wonderful local gem in the Northwest Las Vegas area—definitely worth supporting! Ive been looking for some fresh quality sourdough for quite some time and this hits that out of the park. I got the jalapeño and cheddar, garlic herb and original. They all are baked beautifully with a nice crust and soft fluffy insides. The flavor is phenomenal and perfect to go with my soups or as my sandwichs

The the bread is cooked to perfection. Its moist with the perfect amount of ingredients in every bite. Can't wait to try all the flavors! My favorite is the Jalapeño and Cheese. Also, the baker super friendly and professional!
