Wally’s Micro Bakery is a home-based micro bakery in Las Vegas, Nevada, operating under Nevada Cottage Food regulations.
Where can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up at our weekly farm stand located at Farm Road & Tenaya Way or by special arrangement when available.
When is the farm stand open?
Our farm stand is typically open Saturdays at 8:00AM until sold out. Follow us for weekly updates, menus, and special offerings.
Do I need to pre-order?
Pre-orders are highly recommended, especially for specialty flavors, cinnamon rolls, bagels, sampler boxes, and limited weekly items. Popular items often sell out quickly.
How long does sourdough bread stay fresh?
For best quality, enjoy within 2–3 days at room temperature. Store in a bread bag or wrapped in a towel. For longer storage, slice and freeze for up to 3 months.
Can I freeze your bread?
Yes! Our sourdough freezes exceptionally well. Slice before freezing so you can remove only what you need.
Do you offer custom flavors?
Absolutely. If you have a flavor combination in mind, send us a message. We love creating custom sourdough creations.
What flavors do you offer?
Our menu rotates regularly and includes artisan sourdough boules, bagels, pretzels, cinnamon rolls, cookies, banana bread, lemon loaves, seasonal specialties, and weekly sampler flights.
Do your products contain allergens?
Most products contain wheat. Many offerings may also contain dairy, eggs, nuts, or other allergens depending on the recipe. Please review individual product descriptions and contact us with any allergy concerns.
Are your products made in a commercial kitchen?
No. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government inspection, as permitted under Nevada Cottage Food Law.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our Bakesy shop. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive pickup details and timing information.
How long do orders take?
Typically orders take 2 days to mix , bulk then cold proof and bake. Times do vary based on days of the week and special request.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are made fresh to order, refunds are generally not available after production has begun. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.
Why does every loaf look a little different?
Every loaf is handcrafted and naturally fermented. Small variations in shape, color, scoring, and crumb structure are normal and part of what makes artisan sourdough special.
