I recently ordered sourdough bread from this new home bakery, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The loaf had a beautifully crisp, golden crust with the perfect chewy texture inside. The flavor was outstanding, with just the right balance of tangy and rich, with that authentic sourdough depth you hope for but don’t always find. You can truly taste the care and quality ingredients in every slice. It was fresh, well-packaged, and is delivered right to my front porch every Thursday because I chose the monthly subscription. It paired perfectly with dinner and made amazing toast the next morning where butter seeped in to every delicious nook and cranny. I’m so excited to support this new local business and will definitely be ordering again, especially the cinnamon rolls. Highly recommend to anyone who loves delicious, homemade sourdough bread! Very excited to watch this business grow and taste all the delicious offerings.
