I’m Erica, the baker behind Sunflower Bakehouse. Bread found me during a chapter of life when I needed something steady, grounding, and real — and it quietly became the thing that brought me back to myself. There’s something meaningful about taking simple ingredients and giving them time, patience, and care until they become something warm and nourishing.
After 25 years in public service, I stepped into this new path with equal parts courage and curiosity. What began as a hobby turned into a daily practice, and then into this tiny bakery built on intention, gratitude, and the belief that good food connects us.
Every loaf I bake is hand-shaped, slow-fermented, and crafted in small batches. No rush, no shortcuts — just honest bread made the way it’s meant to be made. My hope is that these loaves bring comfort to your kitchen, joy to your table, and maybe even a moment of calm in a busy day.

•Breads range from $10-$16
•Sweet breads items are priced individually.
Delivery Freshly baked bread is delivered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, the same day it is baked. Delivery times are between 3:00–5:00 PM and are coordinated by the baker. Delivery to Dixon, Vacaville and Davis.
