Tim Lalli is the hands behind the sourdough. A former U.S. Navy Culinary Specialist with 15 years of service, Tim’s culinary training began in a high school vocational program and continued through multiple Naval culinary training programs before advancing to the Culinary Institute of America. During his service, he cooked for ship captains, senior military leadership, and entire crews under demanding conditions. Following a medical separation due to serious health challenges, Tim turned to sourdough for its simplicity, traditional methods, and focus on real ingredients. Today, his role centers on the craft—developing naturally fermented breads rooted in discipline, restraint, and respect for food made the right way.
Stacy Bliszcz leads the business side of Silverleaf Bread Co., bringing more than 20 years of experience in professional sales within the technology industry, from startups to Fortune 20 organizations. Raised in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she grew up immersed in family traditions of cooking, canning, and preserving, shaping a lifelong preference for homemade food. Stacy runs day-to-day operations, crafts sourdough discard items like muffins, crackers, jams, our pantry takeaways, oversees marketing, sales, and technology to keep the brand personal, thoughtful, and connected.
Together, Silverleaf Bread Co. reflects what matters most to us: small batches, limited ingredients, and food made with care—not shortcuts.
