We ordered a dairy-free 21st birthday cake for our daughter, and it turned out absolutely perfect! The flavor was incredible—you’d never guess it was dairy free—and the texture was moist and delicious. The design was beautiful and exactly what we asked for, and our daughter loved it. Thank you for helping make her milestone birthday so special. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

Soloni is an awesome person and baker! We trusted Soloni with our wedding cake. The cake was gluten free, two teirs chocolate rasberry base cake and top cake was lemon. Soloni allowed us to design our cake and turned out way better than we could imagine! Please give her chance when you need some baked goods or a delicious cake for a special occasion. I ordered a variety of eclairs, donuts and cinnamon rolls. I also tried the pretzels with cheese and a vegetable and herb foccacia bread. The lemon and orange eclairs were so flavorful. We toasted the foccacia bread and it was delicious with soup. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the gluten free Black Forest cake I received, or my experience with the owner. From beginning to end she worked hard to make sure exciting was perfect and free of allergens to accommodate celiac disease. Good gluten free baked goods are very hard to find and this place is a gem! Cake was beautiful, not at all dry and delicious.

Saloni made a delicious heart shaped cake that matched my daughter’s inspiration photo exactly! She’s so talented!!

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING made at Sans & Sucre is fantastic! Some of the best gluten free pastries I’ve had the pleasure of eating! Complex, delicious flavors paired with fluffy and light dough makes for a perfect pair! This place is such a gem, and I look forward to enjoying more of their yummy gluten free goodies in the future!

I found out a retreat I was going to was unable to accommodate my food intolerances, but Sans & Sucre stepped up and made a bunch of goodies last minute so I could still have something special to eat while I was there. They were so good that others at the retreat wish they had mine instead of what the retreat offered!

We ordered 3 dozen cookies for my son’s birthday party (orange crinkle, lemon crinkle & chocolate chip) and they were spectacular. The kids and adults loved them and they were even more popular than the birthday cake, which is high praise from toddlers. We have a new go to for baking for sure. The owners were easy to coordinate with and you can tell they bake with care and intention. 10/10

I’ve had diagnosed celiac disease for nearly 15 years so my baked goods consumption really only occurred in my dreams. Sans Sucre is a gluten free heaven with all of their amazing and rotating options of both sweet and savory goodies! The eclairs, focaccia, madeleines and truffles are all out of this world! I make special trips to markets now just to satisfy the sweet tooth and enjoy unique flavor combinations. I love the tea infused flavors and the red wine truffles were to die for!
