Our spelt flour is multi-origin, thoughtfully sourced to ensure quality and consistency throughout the year. We’re especially proud that some of our spelt is grown and produced by our local organic farmers, the Murphys, supporting regional agriculture and keeping part of our supply close to home. For bread baking, this spelt flour can also be blended with the Murphys’ heritage performance flour, which has a higher protein content, to strengthen the dough and create beautiful, well-structured loaves with excellent flavour and rise — the best of both worlds.
