🌾 Ordering & Collection 🌾

• Orders close at 7pm Wednesday for Friday collection between 3.30-5.30pm Collection outside these hours may be arranged by appointment.

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Please check your junk or spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.

• On Friday, you’ll receive a text confirming your order, total and our collection address.

• Payment is cash only upon collection.

• To help keep traffic flowing, we have a U-shaped driveway. Please drive around the driveway rather than turning around or reversing out.

🌿 Cancellations, Changes & Uncollected Orders

Hall’s Homestead is a small, made-to-order micro-bakery. Ingredients, dough preparation and fermentation are carefully planned around the orders received each week.

• Changes or cancellations may be made before the 7pm Wednesday order cutoff.

• After the cutoff, preparation may already have begun. Once your order is being prepared, cancellations can no longer be accepted and the full order amount remains payable.

• If the Friday collection window no longer suits, please contact me as soon as possible. Where possible, I’m happy to arrange another collection time or slice and freeze your loaf for later collection.

• Orders that aren’t collected and have no alternative arrangements in place may be frozen, resold or disposed of. The original order amount will remain payable.

• Repeated late cancellations or uncollected orders may require payment in advance before future orders are accepted.

• If Hall’s Homestead needs to cancel your order due to illness, an emergency or circumstances outside my control, you’ll be contacted as soon as possible and won’t be charged.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
