You can place an order directly through my Bakesy storefront by selecting your cake, choosing your date, and completing checkout. If you have questions before ordering, you can also message me through Bakesy.

2. How far in advance should I order?
For most cakes, I recommend placing your order at least 7–10 days in advance. Holiday and special-event dates book up quickly, so please order as early as possible.

3. Do you offer pickup, delivery, or both?
Yes! At checkout you’ll see available pickup and/or delivery options for your date. Delivery availability and fees are based on distance and schedule.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are made securely through Bakesy at the time of ordering. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Is a deposit required?
For custom or large orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Details will be listed in the product description or discussed before your order is confirmed.

6. How should I store my poundcake?
Cakes are best kept wrapped or in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, you can refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze (well wrapped) for up to 2 months. Always bring cake back to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture.

7. Do you offer custom flavors or designs?
I offer a rotating menu of signature poundcakes and seasonal flavors. For custom flavors or special requests, please send me a message through Bakesy and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

8. Do you make allergy-friendly cakes?
My products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens such as eggs, dairy, wheat, and nuts. While I can sometimes omit certain ingredients, I cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free.

9. How many servings are in a poundcake?
A full-size poundcake typically serves 10–12 people, depending on slice size. Minis or slices will list approximate servings in the product description.

10. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Because each order is baked especially for you, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. In case of an emergency or scheduling issue, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to work with you.

11. Do you offer holiday pre-orders?
Yes! Around major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.), I open limited pre-order spots. These will be announced on my storefront and social media. Once slots are filled, no additional orders can be accepted for that date.
12. Do you ship your cakes?
Yes, I do offer shipping on select cakes! 📦🍰 Shipping fees are based on the weight of your cake and the shipping option you choose (standard or expedited). Final shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order.
