You’ve loved our cranberry English muffins in the yeast version, so we’re excited to now offer them in sourdough! These are studded with tart cranberries, lightly sweetened with Ohio maple syrup, and finished with just a touch of cinnamon for a warm, comforting flavor.

Our sourdough sandwich bread is made from Doughlene, our beloved starter—no commercial yeast involved. This two-day process, using the Japanese “tangzhong” method, is a true labor of love. The result is a soft, slightly chewy loaf with a beautiful texture and all the health benefits of traditional sourdough.

They gave a brand-new bakery a chance and have been such a blessing. They helped develop this bread, and it’s only fitting to name it after them.
