I've been buying from Dylan's bakery for several months now, and every loaf has been exceptional. This is sourdough the way it should be—a beautifully blistered, crackling crust gives way to an open, airy crumb with that perfect balance of tang and depth. The bread has wonderful chew and complexity, and it stays fresh and flavourful for days. What really sets Dylan apart is his creativity with flavours. Each new variety I've tried--from caramel apple to green chili--has been thoughtfully crafted, with additions that complement rather than overwhelm the sourdough's natural character. It's clear Dylan understands bread deeply and genuinely cares about what goes out the door. If you appreciate bread made with creativity, skill, and care, this is the real thing. I can't recommend it highly enough.

You guys! If you haven't ordered yet, you are missing out! I'm telling you, this bread is the best I've ever had! Its so soft on the in a idea, perfect crunch on the outside! The Green Chili Cheese, the Roasted Garlic Parmesean are the best savory breads! And the Blueberry vanilla spice and the Chocolate Expresso are the best sweet breads in my opinion of course!!!!!!!

Ever since I tried my coworker’s bread, I’ve been completely hooked. The green chili and cheddar and the garlic parmesan are my absolute favorites. I love the variety of flavors he offers, and his dessert options are just as amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try — definitely a 10 out of 10!

Dylan's creativity in flavors is over the top!! I love the pickle bread and green chili cheese the best. Fresh, the right balance of chewy with the crust, toasts beautifully.

I have eaten probably 7 rolls, and three halves of loaves of sourdough by myself in the last two days. Tough on the outside, soft on the inside. Perfectly tangy and delicious. This is my second time ordering from Dylan and will be ordering again for the December holidays.

Dylan's Sourdough is the best sourdough I've ever had. It's moist but not too moist, flavorful (the green chili cheese is the best!) and the bonus is that he makes it so you can slice it and put it in the toaster! He has so many great flavors. He's super responsive and delivers on time!

I have eaten many other sourdoughs, but those offered here are exceptional. The crust is beautifully golden, and crispy. The flavor is pleasant with satisfying chew. There are incredibly delicious!!

This bread was EXCELLENT! I picked it up and it was fresh out of the oven and I ate almost a quarter of it in the car on the way home because it was so delicious and addictive! I will definitely be re-ordering this one. And as always, the customer service was also amazing :)

Loved the sourdough, so far have tried the grilled cheese, the roasted green chili and the dill dough. They are very yummy. The ordering process is simple and Dylan is very responsive. Highly recommend

I have tried several of Dylan’s sourdough breads. My favorites are the Grilled Cheese and Cranberry Orange. They are always freshly made, delicious and great alone or as a sandwich! I will continue to order online or find him at farmers markets! Highly recommend!!

I got the Caramel Apple and Dill Pickle sourdough breads, and they were absolutely amazing! The Caramel Apple loaf was such a hit, sweet, soft, and full of flavor. My 12-year-old loved it so much he ate half the loaf the same day we brought it home. The Dill Pickle sourdough was just as incredible. I used it to make a Cuban sandwich, and it was next-level delicious. The flavor is so unique and perfectly balanced; it adds the best tangy twist. You can really taste the creativity and care that goes into each loaf. I’ll definitely be grabbing more. These are some of the best sourdoughs I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to try more!

A mere review cannot fully express the transformative delight that was my first bite into Dylan’s Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough. Its magnificence holds its own alone and also makes - by far - the greatest grilled cheese bread. After having tried many a sourdough bakery in Denver, Dylan’s loaves do not compare. Baked to perfection with a crusty exterior, perfectly dispersed jalapeño and cheddar bits, and melt-in-your-mouth fluffy interior, I was hooked immediately. And the variety?! Excited to see this lovely, high-quality business flourish. And to try even more varieties. Chef’s kiss.

First time customer. I bought the OG sourdough and Dylan included a free sample of his sea salt caramel apple bread, which was amazingly delicious! If you like crusty sourdough, this is the place for you. I love the OG, and I will be trying other flavors soon. Super excited to try the Dill Dough bread, I love dill pickles so it’s gotta be amazing too!

This is by far my favorite flavor that Dylan has made (so far)! In every bite there's a little piece of chili or a chunk of cheese. It's airy and crispy, absolutely the perfect vessel for a fried egg at breakfast time. I've already eaten almost half the loaf, and I received my order last night. I will be ordering this again and again!

I can’t say enough good things about this small bakery. The sourdough bread is next-level—perfectly crusty on the outside, soft and tangy inside, and always fresh. But the real star (in my opinion) is the jalapeño cheddar bagels! The jalapeño cheddar is the perfect balance of heat and savory richness—cheesy, spicy, and absolutely addicting. If you’re a bread lover or just want to treat yourself to something seriously good, don’t hesitate! & ORDER!

This bread is seriously the BEST sandwich bread ever! It adds so much flavor and oomph to an otherwise boring ham & cheese sandwich. Toasting the bread first is a game changer. I have yet to try it any other way but I'm sure there are many other delicious recipes/combinations to try.
