Yes! Every loaf is hand-mixed, naturally fermented, and baked by me with care — using my trusty starter, Crustpell Roan. 💪🍞
I get some help from Patrick with shaping and baking, but I like to do most of it myself — it’s truly a labor of love from our kitchen to you. ❤️👨🍳
Do you accept cards or just cash?
Yes! I accept cash, card, and Venmo. (Bringing cash is always appreciated — especially small bills!)
Do you offer gluten-free options?
At this time, all loaves are made with wheat-based sourdough. I do not offer gluten-free options — but everything is long-fermented and easier to digest for many!
⚠️ Are there allergens in your bread?
Yes — all products are made with wheat and may contain seeds, nuts, or dairy depending on the flavor.
While I do my best to avoid cross-contamination, all items are prepared in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame.
If you have a severe allergy, please reach out before purchasing or consuming.
🏡 Is this bread made under Colorado’s Cottage Food Law?
Yes! All products are made in accordance with the Colorado Cottage Food Act.
This means they are homemade in a private residence that is not subject to state licensure or inspection.
Products are not intended for resale and are labeled with all required ingredients and disclosures. If you ever have questions about what’s in your loaf, just ask!
🌟 Can I request a custom flavor?
Yes! I love collaborating on fun or seasonal bakes.
Just DM me to chat about your idea — whether it's a favorite fruit, spice blend, or something wild.
An additional charge may apply depending on ingredients or inclusions (like cheeses, nuts, dried fruit, etc.). Let’s make your dream loaf happen!
🚗 Can I get bread delivered to work or my hair appointment?
Yes! If you're one of my coworkers or a client of Patrick’s, we can coordinate a direct delivery to your shift or hair appointment.
Just DM me or Patrick to collaborate — we’re happy to work around schedules when we can. We'll do our best to get fresh bread into your hands without the market hustle!
