Hey y’all! I’m a cottage baker whipping up small-batch sourdough loaves and bagels—crafted with wild starter, unbleached bread flour, and a whole lotta love (plus a dash of gay sass).

🍞 Loaves may be baked as boules or in loaf pans, depending on the bake day and your preference.
📦 Pickup & Delivery: Pickup is available from my home or a set location (J Claire Women's Fashion, Image Studios, PVH, ACC). Delivery is also available—small upcharge based on distance.

🍞 Sourdough loaves start at $12+, depending on inclusions.
🥯 English Muffs come in packs of 8, starting at $12+, depending on flavors and add-ins.
Payment is due within 24 hours of being invoiced.
Availability
I bake in batches and may reach out to coordinate pickup days. Between work, school, and life gets busy—so planning ahead helps!
📍 Based in Westminster, Colorado (near 90th & Wadsworth). Pickup is available from my home or a mutually agreed halfway point.

🥯 Bagels & English Muffs: Keep in the bread bag 1 day, then move to a loosely closed plastic bag. 🍞 Loaves: Store in the bread bag 1–2 days. Once cut, transfer to a loosely closed plastic bag. Sourdough stays fresh about 4–5 days at room temp. ✨ Fresh inclusions: Freeze after 2–3 days once cut for best quality. ❄️ Freezing: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then place in a freezer bag. Slice before freezing for convenience. 🔥 Refresh: Lightly mist and bake at 350°F for 8–12 minutes. Toast slices as needed. 🚫 Avoid refrigeration — it speeds up staling. 💧 Dry bread?
