Hi! I’m Kim, and I started Dough Babies Sourdough Bakery to bring handcrafted, small-batch sourdough to our Tellico Village community—one bake day at a time. Everything is made with patience, high-quality ingredients, and naturally fermented sourdough starter.
Why sourdough?
Slow fermentation may make sourdough easier to digest for some, with improved mineral availability, a gentler blood-sugar response, and naturally longer freshness—no additives needed.
My loaf style:
I bake soft-crust pan loaves for everyday use—perfect for toast and sandwiches, with all the flavor of traditional sourdough. Pre-sliced options are available by selecting a “Sliced” loaf listing when ordering.
Menu:
Classic loaves, savory and sweet varieties, seasonal specials, and limited holiday gift bundles. Offerings rotate—check back often.
Ordering:
Pre-orders help me plan each bake so your order is fresh for pickup on select Fresh Bread Fridays (mostly every other week).

• Pre-orders are strongly recommended and guarantee availability. Rarely extras on Fresh Bread Fridays!
• Monday at midnight is the cutoff for the next scheduled pickup
• Offerings are available on select Fresh Bread Fridays (every other week)

• Pickup only (no shipping).
If you work and need a later pickup time, I can arrange it from my porch self pickup after hours cooled box!
