Do you offer sugar free?
I do not offer sugar-free desserts at this time. All items are made using traditional baking ingredients to ensure quality, texture, and flavor.
Are your baked goods safe for people with allergies?
All items are made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Products may still contain common allergens such as dairy, soy, or nuts. Please include any dietary concerns in your order request so availability can be confirmed.
Can you recreate a cake exactly from a photo?
Inspiration photos are always welcome, but exact replicas are not guaranteed. All designs are interpreted and may vary as part of the handmade process.
How far in advance should I place a custom order?
Custom orders are typically booked 2–6 weeks in advance, depending on availability. Popular dates and weekends tend to fill quickly.
Do you take last-minute or rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on schedule. Orders placed with less than 3 days’ notice incur a 5% rush fee and require full payment at booking.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available within Chico for custom orders above $100 only for a $10 fee. Grab & Go items and Specials are not eligible for delivery.
