Hi! I’m Caitlyn, the celiac baker behind Caitlyn’s Cakes. I specialize in custom gluten-free cakes and treats made from scratch in my home kitchen in Chico, CA.
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, shower, or special occasion, I focus on flavors that feel nostalgic, comforting, and just as good (or better 👀) as traditional baked goods, without the gluten.

How Custom Orders Work
Limited custom orders accepted each week — booking 2–6 weeks in advance. 1. Submit your request with date + details 2. I confirm availability & pricing with Invoice 3. Deposit secures your spot
Grab & Go Saturdays
On select Saturdays (every other week), I offer a limited Grab & Go menu with fresh, ready-to-pick-up gluten-free treats. These menus are announced on social media and often sell out quickly. 👉 Follow along on Instagram & Facebook (icons linked at the bottom of this page) for upcoming Grab & Go menus and dates.
Delivery
Delivery is available for a fee in the Chico area with an order of $100 or more.

Deposits / Payments / Rush Orders
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom order date. Orders are not considered booked until the deposit has been received. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing order details. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup, unless otherwise noted. Custom orders placed with less than 3 days’ notice are subject to a 5% rush fee and require full payment at booking. Rush fees do not apply to Grab & Go items or Specials.
