Order lead times vary depending on the type and size of the order.
Standard menu items: minimum 72 hours notice (based on availability).
Orders serving 30+ guests: minimum 1 week notice.
Custom cakes: recommend 1–2 weeks notice.
Weddings/Quinceañeras: recommend 4+ weeks notice.
During holidays and peak seasons, extended lead times may apply.
Do you offer custom cakes and desserts?
Yes. Custom orders are available based on availability. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Do you requiere a deposit?
Yes. Orders of $160 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the event date.
Orders under $160 require full payment at the time of invoicing.
Production begins once payment requirements are met.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup and delivery options are available and will appear during checkout based on date and location.
