How to Order
• Select your item and preferred date • Choose pickup or delivery at checkout • Orders are confirmed once payment is received ⏳ Minimum 3 days lead time required 🚫 Closed Sundays & Mondays 📍 Pickup & delivery details appear at checkout • Orders under $160 require full payment at the time of booking. • Orders $160+ require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date. SHIPPING POLICY (U.S. CONTINENTAL) All shipped orders are sent via a trusted carrier UPS. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping Days: Orders ship on Tuesdays only to reduce the risk of weekend delays. Once a package is shipped, Zoily’s Cakes & Pastries is not responsible for: *Carrier delays *Weather-related issues *Packages left unattended after delivery ⚠️Warm Weather Notice: Due to varying temperatures across the U.S., slight softening may occur in warm climates. This does not affect quality or safety. Damage Claims: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of: 1) the shipping box (all sides) 2) the internal packaging 3) the product(s) Claims reported after 12 hours may not qualify for review. We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
