You can write us at info@yourpastrypal.com and we will be glad to find the most convenient day and time for both of us. Why are there some flavors of cookies and not others? Our production is done on a weekly basis. We do most of the work by hand to ensure the freshness, quality and taste of our products.

At Your Pastry Pal, we have several flavors of cookies and every week according to availability we rotate and change them, so weekly you can get some new flavors and others that still remain on the menu. The menu changes every Monday after 12 pm. Why can't I order just one cookie? Our minimum cookie order is 4 units. The elaboration of our products requires a significant investment and time, this way we maximize the efficiency in our business and guarantee the necessary resources for our orders. Our Cinnamon Rolls, being a product with more time in its elaboration, are not available every week, what you should know is that when they are available they sell very fast. One of our mottos is Pickup Day is Baking Day. All shipped items will baked the day before shipping.   How can I preserve your cookies? Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 1 week. To consume them warm and with that soft consistency in the center, you can give them a touch of heat in the microwave, outside the package, for 10 seconds, although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 350F-180C for 5-8 minutes.

If you wish to store them for later consumption, we recommend freezing them in the same package well sealed and additionally in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a preheated oven at 350F-180C (out of the package) for 8-10 minutes or until the heat has reached the center of the cookie. Events, Farmers Market and PopUp Shops: We love to connect with our customers, that's why we attend certain events on Long Island. in So these pick up and shipping dates may vary. We recommend checking the invoice of each cookie or product to confirm pick up and/or shipping days or in our Home Screen Allergy Information: While we do use separate equipment and utensils, our kitchen still contains these allergens. We do our absolute best to avoid cross-contamination, but there is always a risk. We do take allergies very seriously, all allergy-friendly items get made at the start of our day, directly after sanitizing.  Please be sure to make us aware of your allergy so we can take the proper measures. All our products are made with high quality ingredients, without preservatives and fresh.
