We offer standard single and extended tier round cakes.
A standard round cake has 4 layers with a height of 5–6 inches after it is filled and covered (cake and icing only).
An extended tier has 6 layers with a height of 7–8 inches. Each layer is approximately 1-inch thick.
Swiss meringue buttercream is used as our main filling/frosting.
Please note that the "servings" used below is about 1x2 inches per slice (dessert serving). For smaller portions, use the coffee serving guide which is 1x1 inches per slice. It will double the amount of serving (e.g., 6 inches round cake has 14 dessert servings or 28 coffee servings).
