Depending on how silvanas cookies are stored, it can stay crunchy or get chewy. Some like it crunchy while some prefer chewy.
Here's some handy tips:
Store silvanas in an airtight container in the freezer for that crunch or in the fridge for that chewy bite! 😋
For Sans Rival cake, chill for a couple of hours before serving or let it sit on the bench for an hour before serving.
Slicing the cake can be a bit tricky... and crumbly! Using a sharp knife and/or a hot knife will help slice the cake a little neater. To heat the knife, you may run it under hot water and wipe dry in between slicing.

Collection is from Wednesdays to Saturdays, 9am to 5pm only.
Please arrange ETA to make sure we are home.
Preferably back gate pick-up as the front gate on Browns Plains Road is usually busy.

Yes. We deliver within 60km of Browns Plains 4118.

Unfortunately, no. It is not our specialty or expertise to prepare products with dietary requirements in mind.
Our products have wheat, eggs, dairy and cashew, amongst other ingredients.
When are you doing deliveries for Ipswich & Northside?
We will advise on social media and on this website the schedule at least a week before delivery to give time for customers to book their orders.
There is a minimum spend of $60 per customer to qualify for a free door-to-door delivery in your area.
When is my payment expected?
We request that full payment must be made at least 2 days before pick-up or delivery to finalise your orders.
Custom products must be fully paid at least a week before pick-up/delivery.
