After discovering that my body feels best on a Whole Food Plant-Based and Gluten-Free diet, I began creating sweets that nourish both body and soul.

At Yasai Atelier, we believe that even occasional treats should be as guilt-free as possible—wholesome, satisfying, and kind to your body. Our sweets are inspired by Japanese flavors and California’s seasonal produce, crafted with care and ingredients like 🍓🍑🍋.

All of our products are free from dairy, eggs, wheat, additives, and seed oils—just pure, organic, feel-good treats made to bring a little joy without compromise 🫶

• Pre-orders only. Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.

• A deposit at least 48 hours in advance is required to finalize your order.

• Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM at San Jose Japan Town

• Local Delivery may be available for orders over $150, subject to availability and an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of order.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup.

No refunds will be issued after that.
