Hi, I’m Kel — a mother, wife, home baker, and lover of slow, intentional living. My sourdough journey began in the quiet, transformative season of early motherhood, when I found comfort in the ancient rhythm of flour, water, salt, and time. What started as a single loaf soon became a deep devotion to traditional baking and the magic of fermentation.
I believe bread is more than just nourishment — its connection, ritual and home. Each loaf is handcrafted in small batches, naturally fermented, and made with patience, intuition, and care. I’m inspired by garden harvests, herbal traditions, lunar cycles, and the old ways of tending to the soul.
Thank you for supporting handmade, local food and the slow, sacred art of baking.

Thank you for supporting handmade and local! ⸻ 🌙 Caring for Your Loaf Our bread is made with real ingredients and slow, ancient methods — no shortcuts, no preservatives, just pure hearth magic. To keep it at its best: • Room Temperature: Store in a linen or paper bag for up to 3 days. This lets the crust stay crisp and the crumb soft. • Freezing: Slice and freeze for longer storage; toast or warm gently when ready to enjoy. • Avoid Plastic Bags: They trap moisture and soften the crust too quickly. Every loaf is alive with Mabel’s magic — treat it with care, and it will reward you with warmth, flavor, and a little whisper of the hearth. 🖤✨
