Farm-Fresh Eggs: Straight from the Coop! 🐓 There is nothing quite like a farm-fresh egg with a rich, golden yolk! Our girls are happy, healthy, and free to roam, which makes all the difference in flavor and quality. A quick note on how we handle our eggs: We choose not to wash our eggs before they get to you. Instead, we leave the natural protective coating (called the "bloom") fully intact. This incredible natural barrier seals the pores of the eggshell, keeping bacteria out and locking freshness in—meaning your eggs stay fresher, longer! Just give them a quick wash right before you crack them open, and you're good to go.
