These Zwieback literally carry my Grandma Wiens' markings. Did you know that when the Mennonite ladies of the church made their Zwieback they pushed the tops on using different finger configurations? This way they always knew whose were whose. Maybe a little friendly competition? My grandma taught me to make zwieback using her special three finger marking.
