No — all our bread is naturally leavened with wild sourdough culture only. No commercial yeast or additives.
What ingredients do you use?
We use premium Manitoba high-protein flour, filtered water, Celtic sea salt, and select add-ins (like seeds or olives). That’s it — no sugar, no preservatives, just real food.
Do you deliver?
Not yet. Orders are currently for pick-up only from our home bakery in Uttoxeter, 21 Princess Road . Address provided after checkout.
How long does the bread last?
Our sourdough stays fresh for up to 3–4 days in a paper bag at room temperature. You can also freeze it sliced for longer storage.
Can I freeze your bread?
Yes! We recommend slicing before freezing. Toast straight from frozen for perfect results.
Is your bread vegan?
Yes — all loaves are 100% vegan and made with only plant-based, natural ingredients.
