Kalamata Olive & Mediterranean Herb Sourdough
Bold, fragrant, and full of flavour — this loaf brings a little taste of the Mediterranean to your table. We make it with high-quality white wheat flour, slowly fermented for depth and character then we fold in plenty of rich, briny Kalamata olives, along with a gentle mix of Italian herbs — rosemary, oregano, and thyme — that add warmth without taking over.
Inside, it’s soft, open, and full of savoury bites of olive and herbs. It’s the kind of bread that turns a simple lunch into something special.

Multi-flour Sourdough
This is a loaf with real depth — made with a mix of wheat white flour, whole wheat, and two beautiful ancient grains: organic spelt and organic semolina. Each one brings something special — the softness of white flour, the earthiness of whole wheat, the nutty richness of spelt, and the golden colour and slight sweetness of semolina.
We let the dough ferment slowly, giving it time to develop real flavour and that perfect sourdough tang. Then we shape it by hand and bake it until the crust is just the right kind of crisp, with a soft, open crumb inside.
This is the kind of bread that stands up to anything — toasted with butter and honey, loaded with cheese and greens, or torn straight from the loaf with soup on the side.

Sometimes, the simplest things are the best. Our Traditional White Sourdough is made with just a few honest ingredients — high-quality white wheat flour, water, sea salt, and natural sourdough starter — but what brings it to life is time, patience, and care.
We let the dough ferment slowly, giving it that mild tang, soft chewy crumb, and crisp, golden crust. Nothing rushed, nothing artificial — just real bread, made the way it should be.
Every loaf is shaped by hand and baked until the crust crackles and the inside is light, airy, and full of flavour. It’s perfect for toast in the morning, sandwiches at lunch, or with a bit of butter and salt straight out of the oven.

Our Seeded Sourdough is a nourishing loaf baked with a blend of white and whole wheat flour for a balanced texture and rich, earthy flavour. Inside, you’ll find a generous blend of organic pumpkin, poppy, sesame, and flax seeds.
The seeds are soaked overnight — a traditional method that supports better digestion and unlocks their natural nutrients. After soaking, they are gently dried and lightly roasted to bring out their deep, nutty aroma.
Perfect for toast, sandwiches, or paired with soups and cheeses, this loaf is a wholesome choice that’s as flavourful as it is nourishing.
