Hi, I’m Valentina — and this is my bread story

I'm a mother to two amazing girls, and like many mums, I wanted to find something I could do from home that would give me both purpose and presence. Something that could bring in income, but also align with my values — passion, health, and family.

My journey into bread began about ten years ago, when it started as a simple desire to eat healthier during my first pregnancy and grew into a deep passion for healthy, homemade bread. For the past two years, I’ve been baking sourdough with passion and love, learning every step of the way. It’s not a shortcut kind of bread — it takes patience, attention, and a lot of care. But that’s exactly what I love about it.

In my little kitchen bakery, I use quality flours, organic seeds, and the healthiest methods I know. Hygiene, perfectionism, and respect for the ingredients are at the heart of everything I do. Every loaf is naturally leavened and fermented for over 18 hours to develop deep flavour and texture.

Ordering And Delivery

Bake days will be every Tuesday , Thursday and Friday with lead time of 2 days for each bake day. Pre-order to guarantee your loaf. Payment can be made online via bank transfer or PayPal and cash or card at pick up. Pick-up available from 21 Princess Road between 4PM and 7PM on bake days.
