How do I place an order?

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least one week for small orders, 2-4 weeks for custom cakes in advance, especially for custom designs or larger quantities, to ensure availability.

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options?

Are your products allergen-free?
No. While we take great care, our bakery handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens due to shared equipment and ingredients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Zell, Cash App) through our secure online checkout. For cash payments, we accept cashier's checks or money orders via mail, or you can bring your payment directly to the bakery.
If I want to use cash, how can I make the full deposit?
For cash payments, we offer two convenient options:
Mail-in Payment: You can securely mail a payment to us via cashier's check or money order.
In-Person Drop-off: Feel free to bring your payment directly to the bakery during our business hours. Please call ahead.
Is a deposit required for custom orders?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. A FULL deposit is required to confirm short-notice orders.
Where are you located for pickup?
Our bakery is a home-based operation located in Parma, Ohio, right off of 480. The exact pickup address will be provided upon order confirmation.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within a 15 mile radius for an additional fee. Delivery availability depends on our schedule, so please inquire when placing your order.
What are your pickup/delivery hours?
Pickup and delivery times are scheduled by appointment to ensure freshness and convenience.
How should I transport my cake?
We recommend placing cakes on a flat surface in your vehicle (e.g., passenger floorboard, trunk) and keeping your vehicle cool, especially on warm days. Avoid placing cakes on seats or angled surfaces.
How should I store my cake/baked goods?
To keep your cake safe and tasting its best, it must remain in a cool, dry place, ideally refrigerated, upon pick up. Cakes should not be left at room temperature for more than two hours to prevent bacterial growth. This is especially true for ALL CAKES, regardless of frosting type, which should NEVER be left out in the heat.
For optimal enjoyment, we recommend refrigerating your cake and taking it out about an hour before serving to allow the frosting to soften to perfection.
To ensure the utmost freshness and quality throughout our detailed baking and decorating process, our cakes are temporarily kept in a cool environment.
How long do your products stay fresh?
Our products are best enjoyed within 1-2 days of pickup/delivery when stored properly. Baked goods can often be frozen for longer storage.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or changes must be made as soon as possible, or by 72 hours in advance for a partial refund or credit, depending on the stage of preparation.
