Simply choose your items here on my Bakesy store and select your preferred pick-up date/location. Some items may be available only on certain days depending on my baking schedule.
Where do you sell your sourdough products?
You can find me at local farmers markets, ranch markets, and by special order through my Bakesy storefront. I also take pre-orders for pick-up at select events.
Do you deliver?
At this time, I do not offer shipping or home delivery. All orders are for local pick-up only
How far in advance should I order?
Orders are accepted up to 3 days in advance to allow for the sourdough fermentation process. Some popular items sell out quickly, so I recommend ordering as early as possible.
Do you make gluten-free bread?
I specialize in naturally leavened sourdough, which contains gluten. While sourdough may be easier to digest for some, my products are not gluten-free.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I can make custom-sized loaves, specialty flavors, or bulk orders for events. Please send me a message through Bakesy at least one week in advance.
How should I store my sourdough bread?
Store your bread at room temperature in a paper bag or bread box for up to 3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze in an airtight bag. Avoid keeping bread in the refrigerator—it will dry out faster.
How long will my bread stay fresh?
My sourdough stays fresh for 3–4 days at room temperature. After that, it’s perfect for toasting, making croutons, or turning into breadcrumbs.
Do you sell your sourdough starter?
Yes! I sell my active sourdough starter(s), lovingly named Frodough Baggins and Edgar Allan Dough, along with instructions so you can bake at home.
What ingredients do you use?
I use high-quality, simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, and natural starter. No commercial yeast, preservatives, or artificial additives.
