Holiday presale applies to orders of cookie boxes only.

Fri, Dec 5 = Pickup: Sat, Dec 6 or Sun, Dec 7 (1pm-3pm)

➡️ Orders placed Sat, Dec 6 through 8pm on THURSDAY, Dec 11 =

Pickup: Sat, Dec 13 or Sun, Dec 14 (1pm–3pm)

➡️ Orders placed Fri, Dec 12 through 8pm on Thurs, Dec 18 =

Pickup: Sat, Dec 20 or Sun, Dec 21 (1pm–3pm)

➡️ Orders placed Fri, Dec 19 through 8pm on Tues, Dec 23 =

Pickup: Wed, Dec 24 (10am–12pm)

Orders placed after 8pm on the last ordering day will automatically be moved to the next pickup day.

**HOLIDAY PRESALE TERMS & POLICIES 2025**

1-Payment is due in full at the time your order is confirmed.

2-Orders placed after 8pm on the final ordering day for a pickup window will roll to the next available pickup window. (Example: An order placed at 9pm on Thursday, 12/18 will be scheduled for pickup on Wednesday, 12/24.)

3-If you miss your scheduled Saturday pickup time, your order will automatically move to the Sunday pickup window.

4-Orders not picked up by 3:15pm on Sunday will be donated. Any orders not picked up by 12:15pm on Wed, 12/24 will be fed to Santa’s elves. No refunds will be issued.

5-Presale boxes come as-is. No flavor substitutions or customizations during the presale period.

6-All presale boxes are pickup-only. Delivery is not available at this time. Pickup address will be provided in your order confirmation. A 15-min grace period is allowed, but pickup must be completed within the scheduled window.

7-Same-day or last-minute orders cannot be accommodated during the holiday presale.

8-All sales are final. Because each box is made to order, no cancellations or refunds will be granted once payment is submitted.

9-Baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens (including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts). Unfortunately, allergy accommodations cannot be made at this time.

10-Cookies are best enjoyed within 3–4 days. To maintain freshness, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. Cookies may be frozen in freezer-safe packaging up to 3 months.
