Apple cinnamon chip cookies made with gluten-free flour, chips, and apple and maple icing. Every other ingredient is GF, BUT I am NOT a certified gluten-free kitchen. I bake with wheat flour on a regular basis, so there's probably some always floating around. I am careful- freshly sanitized utensils, new parchment paper and nothing else in the oven at the same time- BUT if you have a serious allergy, these aren't for you.
