Gluten Free Sourdough to Rule Them AllDeyan
I haven't been able to have wheat in so long but gluten-free options are usually so expensive and so disappointing that it hasn't been worth it to even keep any in the house. Not anymore!! I usually get a loaf of sourdough a week from Lauren, and it has been a revelation to have sandwiches that actually taste good again. The designs on the bread are gorgeous, you can feel the love & care in each one, and the taste and texture are phenomenal. You don't even need to toast the bread before eating it!! Unheard of!
I also never thought that croissants could be made gluten-free, but these ones are really fantastic. One of them microwaved and sliced in half made for the best little avocado sandwiches! The pain au chocolat are also just lovely!
